Reviews and Ratings
The resort is quite isolated, making it a great choice for social distancing, but it does get really hot at night. The rooms need some maintenance, as some phones and lights weren't working. Service is friendly, but not exceptionally professional. The location is nestled beautifully between the dunes, though the facilities are lacking in cleanliness and upkeep.
I had a nice stay at the hotel with its stunning location in the desert and a fabulous pool view. The rooms were spacious but a bit outdated, especially the bathrooms. While the staff was generally helpful, there were moments where it felt like they were more focused on making money than providing great service. Overall, it's a fair value for the experience, but I'm hoping for some improvements in the dining options and service quality.
The hotel is nestled in a charming heritage village, boasting stunning rooms with a unique design, although they might feel a bit cramped. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is breathtaking, right in the desert with amazing 360° views. However, while the dining options are limited, they were quite delicious and worth trying.
I had a stay at this hotel which was nestled between serene desert sand dunes, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, but I did notice they weren't very clean and the check-in process was delayed by two hours. The service was friendly, but not up to a five-star standard with a few communication issues. Overall, for the location and aesthetic, it's decent value, but a little improvement in cleanliness and attentiveness would make it much better.
I had a stay at a hotel beautifully nestled among the stunning sand dunes, which was a real highlight. The rooms had a lovely terrace with a captivating desert view, but they were in dire need of refurbishment. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making my experience quite pleasant. However, the dining options felt a bit lacking given the premium rates, and the location had some cleanliness issues that could be improved.
